1 lb okra
6 c beef broth or chicken
1/2 c rice
3 cloves garlic
3 lemons the green ones
2 tomatoes
1 onion
oil
sweet Chile or paprika
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the okra into slices, wash and fry until browned, remove the oil, add a drop of lemon on each piece of okra, remove any remaining seeds in the oil.
In the same oil, fry the tomatoes, onion, fresh Chile and garlic, all finely chopped, add the rice, when all well fried, add the broth, sliced okra, pepper and salt to taste.
Simmer until the soup is cooked.
