10- Apples peeled, sliced and cut into small bite size pieces
2 C Oatmeal
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Cinnamon
3/4 stick of Butter
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice. I sprinkle all the apples so I use a bit more
2/3 Cup Sifted Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large glass baking dish, grease botttom and sides with butter or non stick spray.
Place apples in dish and sprinkle liberally with lemon juice.
Combine ingredients in bowl and mix with hands until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples to completely cover.
Bake at 325º uncovered for 1 hour or until apples are soft.
Enjoy warm with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream.
