Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken tenders (boneless, skinless)
1 small package Mahatma yellow rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken tenders in water or chicken broth until done. Reserve the broth. For two people we use about six tenders. "Shred" the chicken. Follow directions on pkg. for preparing rice, using enough of the reserved chicken broth (add water to the broth if needed) for the liquid. Bring the broth, rice, shredded chicken and a little margarine to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes (I think). Just follow the directions on the rice package.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We eat saltine crackers with this and usually green beans. Yummy and easy!

By the way, did you know that sautéing green beans with a little olive oil, onion powder and garlic powder makes the green beans delicious!
