1 round Boboli crust
1 can of artichokes (drained and chopped)
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 8 oz. pkg. parmesan cheese (the package with large strips works better than the grated cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix artichokes, garlic and mayo and spread on Boboli crust. Place in 350 degrees for 20-30 min. until heated through.

Chopped roasted red peppers
Chopped sun dried tomatoes
Chopped black olives
1 box of frozen spinach (cooked and squeezed dry)
