3 lb. block of Velveeta cheese
1 1b. Italian sausage (hot or mild)
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 small jar salsa (hot or mild)

Directions:
Remove sausage from casing and brown thoroughly. Melt cheese block over low heat. When cheese is melted, combine all ingredients and serve hot with your favorite tortilla chips.

May be frozen in small containers for future use. Thaw and microwave when ready to use.
