1 cup water
6 tbsp unsalted butter
pinch salt
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Grease your baking sheet. In a small pot on the stove add water,butter,sugar and salt until the butter is mealted. Keeping the stove on, add in all the flour at once and beat with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together and forms a ball. Shut the stove off and add the mix to a food processor adding an egg one at a time. Add mixture to a pastry bag or use 2 teaspoons and scoop the mix onto the greased baking sheet to bake for 20 minutes. After time is up remove them from the oven and slit each puff with a knif by the middle or cut them in half and place back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes so each puff is dry inside and not soggy.

fill each puff with your desired filling either cream, mousse or even ice cream. Then drizzle the top of each puff with melted chocolate : )
