2 1/2 packages (8 oz) frozen spinach (chopped), Defrosted
2 1/2 cans (13 oz) Artichoke Hearts, non-marinated, drained
5 garlic cloves, minced
5 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix the spinach, artichokes, garlic, cream cheese, cream, 1/2 cup Monterey jack and Parmesan in food processor. Place in oven safe dish and tip with remaining 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese.

Bake covered for 15 minutes, remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer.
