1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
1-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix sugars, butter, and eggs.
2. Once mixed, add peanut butter, salt, soda, powder, and flour. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Form 1-1/2 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Place in oven at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
4. Soften ice cream from the freezer for about 10 minutes.
5. Place a scoop of ice cream on a cookie. Place another cookie on top gently. Wrap the sandwich up in saran wrap, then place in freezer for 1 hour.
