1 cup olive oil
2 lg onions, sliced
8 lg cloves garlic, sliced
2 bunches green onions
6 bay leaves
6 tsp thyme
2 T parsley chopped
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp pepper
fish - 2 lbs
shellfish - 2 lbs (mussels, clams, shrimp)
3 15 oz cans tomato sauce
6 cups water
3 cups white wine
2 cups potatoes, cubed and cooked
2 cups broccoli heads

Directions:
Directions:
Saute oil, onions, garlic, green onions, bay leaves, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper, 6 minutes.

Add fish cook 4 minutes.
Put in big pot with tomato sauce, & water. Bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes.

Add wine, potatoes, broccoli, mussels, clams & shrimp. Bring back up to a simmer and cook 20 - 30 minutes.
