2 lbs of Squid cut into rings
bread crumbs
olive oil
black olives
capers
parsley
garlic
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400
Wash the Squid then begin to cut the Squid into thin rings and set aside to dry. Once the squid is dried add the ringlets onto a bake sheet and add the bread crumb mixture over the ringlets and toss until all the ringlets are generously covered with breadcrumbs, olives and capers. After generously tossing the mix drizzle the top of the squid with olive oil and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes until the bread crumbs are nice and golden

I love eating the baked Calamari next to a bed of plain Arugala with just a touch of lemon and olive oil to eat together. It's simple yet delicious. One of my favorites !
