1 16 oz pkg egg noodles
2 T butter
2 onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
5-6 mushrooms sliced thin
1 pound beef loin steak, cut into thin strips
1 14 oz can beef consomme
1/4 cup burgundy wine
2 T lemon juice
2 T flour
1 8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles, drain and put in serving dish.
Melt butter in pan, saute onion and garlic, mix in mushrooms, and cook some more. Put in steak and cook, mix in consomme, burgundy and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour and cold water til smooth. Reduce heat to low, and slowly stir and pour flour mixture into saucepan. Gradually return to a boil, stirring rapidly, until thick and smooth. Turn down and cover, cook for an additional few minutes. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, stir in sour cream. Make a bed of the egg noodles and pour beef mixture over it.
