1 pkg boneless chicken beast (cut in pieces or whole)
1 cup buttermilk (or enough to cover chicken)
salt, pepper and paprika (to taste)
PankoŠ bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika; cover with buttermilk (just enough to cover chicken). Let rest. Heat oil in fryer or skillet. Now, drain excess buttermilk from chicken and toss with Panko. Place in fryer or skillet browning on both sides. In the fryer, chicken will float when it's done.
