2 cups white rice
4 cups chicken broth
1 egg scrambled
Chicken, pork, beef or shrimp your choice (or all)
1 cup each sliced:
celery
onions
carrots
water chestnuts
pea pods
mushrooms

Soy sauce
Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a covered frying pan, in 3 tbsp oil, saute rice until opaque and add broth. Bring to boil and turn down heat to simmer. Simmer covered until rice is tender.

In wok with oil stir fry all meats and set aside.
In wok stir fry all veggies, and then add meats.
In separate pan scramble egg.

Mix all together in large casserole dish or bowl and heat in oven until well heated.
Serve with soy sauce.
