½ stick butter
2 eggs (beaten)
2 onions-diced
½ cup mayo
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix
2 large bunches of broccoli, chopped & cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in melted butter until soft. Add soup and stir well. Add cheese, stuffing mix, eggs, and mayo. Stir well. Add broccoli and stir. Pour into greased 3 quart dish. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and spare stuffing mix.

This is one of Sean’s long-time favorites. Amy even tried it once or twice, despite the mayonnaise. It has also been a big hit at pot-luck lunches at Sandy’s work, as well as the PJV’s Thanksgiving dinners!!!
