3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
¼ c. sweet milk (canned milk)
2 eggs
½ c. butter, melted

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and put in baking dish.

Topping: Mix together and spread over pudding.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
