Instant Brown Rice
Instant Potatoes
Bouillion Cubes (beef or chicken)

Directions:
Using a blender, Silver Bullet or even a Molcajete, or Metate grind up about one cup each of the beans, rice and potatoes into a fine powder. Mix together and seal up in a heavy Ziploc baggie.
Seal 12 boullion cubes in a Ziploc.
Put both Ziplocs in a Big Ziploc and seal up.
This goes into your 72 Hour Kit as your food supply.
DON'T HAVE AN EMERGENCY SURVIVAL KIT?
Better get one.

To use:
Boil one or two cups water.
Add one or two bouillion cubes.
Spoon in enough of the powdered ingredients to make a hearty thick soup...voila! Survival Gruel!

It ain't too exciting but it'll keep you going for a few days. You could add to this any mystery meat you may be able to forage or hunt (the neighbor's yappy little scum barking rat chihuahua), or any vegetable as well. Use it as a base.
