3 potatoes parboiled, cooled and grated
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 cube butter
1 c. sharp cheese, grated ( I use Cracker Barrel sharp cheese)
Corn flake crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Melt together at a low temperature the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, butter and cheese. Work ingredients gently through potatoes. Garnish with corn flakes. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
