1 16oz package hot pork sausage (like Jimmy Dean's)
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 cup fresh chopped chives
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the sausage and onions together in a large skillet over medium high heat until browned and crumbly, about 8 minutes.
Drain the grease off of the sausage in a mesh strainer.
Return to skillet.
Stir in the cream cheese and tomatoes until the cheese has melted and the mixture begins to bubble.
Stir in the chives before serving.
