15 frozen yeast dough balls, thawed
1 egg white
sesame seeds

Filling:
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 sm head cabbage, finely chopped
1 pt. water
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
salt, pepper and celery salt to taste
Mrs. Dash and garlic salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer hamburger in 1 pint water in large skillet until cooked; drain and return to pan. Add cabbage and onion. Simmer, stirring frequently, until cabbage and onion are tender crisp. Cool to warm; add seasonings to taste and cheese.
Roll out frozen dough balls into 3 inch circles. Place 1/4 cup filling in center of each circle; gather up sides of dough and pinch shut over filling. Brush tops with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 15 minutes at 375ºF.
