1/2 lb butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs loosely beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 uncooked pie shell, frozen or fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order listed. Pour into a 9-inch prepared pie shell. DO NOT cover with a top crust pie shell! Pre-heat oven to 350º and bake for 30 minutes. That it! Bobs your Uncle!!
