soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp white stevia powder

Mix all ingredients together. Marinade steak 4-6 hours, then grill.
