2 quarts of water
Apples
Freezer bags

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine "about" 2 tsp of salt and 2 quarts of water. As soon as you run your apples through the apple, peeler, slicer, corer put them in the salt water. After you have quite a few stir the apples, lift them from the salt water, and drain in a colander. Place the apples in a freezer bag and remove as much air as possible before closing. Now your apples will be ready to use in all my apple recipes! This is the easiest and cheapest way to freeze apples. Fruit Fresh is not necessary for apples. Salt water is all it takes to help the apples not turn brown in the freezer.Label with contents and the year. Freeze.
