3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking soda, 3 eggs beaten, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 vanilla flavoring, 1(8 oz.) can of crushed pineapple (do not drain), 1 c. chopped pecans, and 2 c. ripe bananas crushed.
Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese softened, 1 stick of butter, 2 lbs powder sugar ( I use one box of confection sugar), 2 tsp. Vanilla, 1 c.chopped pecans, and 1/4 tsp. evaporated milk.

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine the dry ingredients (Except Pecans) in a large bowl. Add the eggs and until the dry ingredients are moistened. DO NOT BEAT. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans, and banana's. Blend well. Pour into 4 greased and floured 9 in. cake pans. Bake at 350º for 30-35 min. Cool and frost.
