-3 cups flour
-2 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp salt
-3 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp nutmeg
-1/2 tsp allspice
-1/2 tsp cloves


Bowl 2
-1 cup raisins
-1 cup walnuts chopped
-1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1 14oz can crushed pineapple with juice
-3 eggs
-3/4 cup sugar white
-3/4 cup brown sugar
-2 tsp vanilla
-1 cup vegetable oil
-2 cups grated zuccinhi

Directions:
Mix together Bowl 1 and 2-well. Pour into 9 x 15" pan, Bake for 1 hr 15 minutes in a 350 º F oven. Test with a toothpick (comes out dry). Cool, can be iced with a cream cheese icing
