2 1/2 tbsp yeast
4 tsp sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
3 tsp salt
beet leaves-soften with hot water
3 1/2 cups hot water
4 cups lour
1/2 cup cold water
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Mix 2 1/2 tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar and 1 cup lukewarm water together and wait for yeast to rise.

After yeast rises, combine 3 tsps sugar, salt to 3 1/2 cups hot water i a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup cold water to make water Luke warm. Add flour and yeast mixture and mix to make a soft dough (if mixture is sticky add more flour). Add olive oil to make dough easy to work with. Let dough rise double in size in a greased bowl. Wash leaves in hotwater to wilt and dry. Place a piece of dough (walnut size) in each leaf and roll it up. Place rolls in a greased pan (use butter for greasing pan). Bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Can be then frozen or used.

To use pour a mixture of 1 cup chopped onions and 1/2 cup melted butter over the rolls. Bake in oven for 1/2 hr in 350 degrees F oven. Pour 1 cup whipping cream over the rolls. Return rolls to hot oven until cream is absorbed.
