2 well beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 c. chopped raw apples (You can use more.)
1 c. nuts (optional)
Topping: mix together
1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
5 T. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream eggs, sugar, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add the flour, soda, salt, apples and nuts. The batter is very thick.
Grease and flour a 9X13 pan. Bake 55 minutes at 350.
When you take the cake out of the oven, fork the cake profusely. Pour the topping over the hot cake.
