Ingredients:
1 package Oreos
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 bag of white chocolate morsels
Wax Paper
Baking Sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the Oreos in a sealable bag. Use a sturdy object from your kitchen, such as a meat tenderizer, to crush the cookies inside the bag. This can also be done in a food processor, just dont over-blend the cookies as it takes away desirable texture.

Dump the crushed Oreos into a medium bowl. Add cream cheese and mix it in with the cookie crumbs. This is your truffle mix.

Spread a wax paper sheet onto a baking pan. This is where you will place them after dipping in the white chocolate.

Fill a separate bowl with your white chocolate. Heat according to package instructions. If you don't have a double boiler, the microwave is the best way to go.

Using a spoon and your hands, roll your truffle mix into 1" - 1.5" balls and dip into the white chocolate. Place the completed truffles onto the wax paper.
