Crust:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup crushed pretzels
1 stick margarine softened

Filling:
1 - 8oz. package of cream cheese softened
2 - 8oz. containers of Cool Whip
1 cup powder sugar
1 - 3oz. package of cook and serve lemon pudding pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine together. Add pretzels and mix. Poor mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat together cream cheese and powder sugar. Add cool whip. Spread on first layer. Chill until set. Prepare jello pie filling according to package instructions. Cool. Spread lemon pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight or longer. Cut into squares. (Use for salad or dessert).
