1/4 ounce yeast packet
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup hot milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
4 cups flour
1 tbsp. salt

Filling:
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup nuts or fruit (optional)

Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4-6 tbsp. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, milk, butter, salt, and eggs.
2. In a small bowl, combine yeast packet and water. Once mixed, pour in mixing bowl.
3. Knead dough for close to 10 minutes. Then, place in a greased bowl to set for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
4. During this time, make the filling: In a mixing bowl combine butter, sugar, cinnamon, and your choice of nuts. Stir.
5 Once the dough has risen, place it on a floured surface to roll it out in a 15x9 in rectangle.
6. Pour filling on top evenly.
7. Start on the long side and roll it up. Then, cut and place on a 13x9 butter and sugar spread pan.
8. Let dough continue to rise for 1 hour. Then, bake at 350º for 25-20 minutes.
9. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, and
water for the frosting and sprinkle on top of cinnamon rolls. Serve and enjoy!
