2 cans whole corn, drained
2 cans creamed corn
1 lg. and 1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup
1# Velveeta cheese, cubed
potatoes, desired amount, peeled and chopped
1# hot sausage
1# mild sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
Greek seasoning, (I use Cavendar's)
salt and pepper, to taste

(Milk may be used to thin soup if needed)

Brown the sausage and onion in a dutch oven, drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer awhile, stirring occasionally, until heated through and flavors meld. Use a low heat and watch for scorching.
