1 qt. whole tomatoes, mashed
1 lg. can tomato sauce (buy)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. pimento
2 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
1/2 tsp. white pepper
3 or 4 tbsp. minced dried onions
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 tbsp. minced green peppers
5 drops tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup

1/2 c. vinegar
thicken with 4 tbsp. corn starch

Mash tomatoes and cook with other ingredients, about 15 minutes. Mix vinegar and corn starch and add to sauce. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Refrigerate in air tight containers or can in hot water bath.
