pan of Brownies
1 jar of maraschino cherries
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 T. powdered sugar
container of Cool Whip
chocolate bar
Directions:
Directions:
Bake boxed brownies according to directions for 9x9 or 9x13.
Cool brownies.
Drain juice from a jar of maraschino cherries, set aside 1/4 c. of juice.
Reserve 12 cherries (9 for 9x9) for garnish.
Chop remaining cherries - mix into 1 pkg. cream cheese and 2 T. powdered sugar until smooth.
Add 1/4 c. cherry juice and whisk until smooth.
Fold in 2 c. Cool Whip.
Spread mixture over brownies.
Refrigerate 30 min.
Dollop with remaining Cool Whip.
Garnish with cherries and grated chocolate bar (2 T.)
