1&1/2 lb.fresh broccoli, cut in pieces
1/4 cup water
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place broccoli and water in 2 liter casserole dish: cover. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, stirring after half cooking time. Drain and set aside.
Place mushrooms and butter in 1 liter bowl. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, stirring once. Stir in flour, and spices. Blend in milk. Microwave on medium-high heat until thickened. (2-5 minutes)
Pour sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave on 70% until cheese is melted..
