2 tortillas
any type of salsa
any type of cheese
oil for frying
Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in the pan and fry the tortillas; drain on paper towel lined plate. Drain all but a small amount of oil from pan. Fry eggs. Top each tortilla with an egg(s), cheese, and salsa.
