1pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped
pepper jack cheese sliced

Directions:

mix ground beef, seasoning,onion, and bell pepper. Make patties (about 6-8). Cook on a grill, whole hot, top with cheese. Serve with salsa,avocado, and other favorite toppings.
