3/4 lb. fusilli
3/4 bow tie pasta
1/4 olive oil
1 1/2 cup pesto
1 10-oz. pack chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed
3 tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta. Drain. Toss olive oil. Cool. Puree pesto, spinach and lemon juice. Add mayo. Keep pureeing. Add to pasta. Add cheese, peas, salt, pine nuts, and pepper.
