Ingredients:  
3 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 pkg dry yeast
2 tsp salt

4 eggs
1/2 cups oil

10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine top 4 ingredients. Set in warm place for about 10 minutes or until yeast has bubbled.

Add: 4 eggs and 1/2 cup oil

Stir with fork

Put flour in 1 cup at a time and stir until you have to use your hands and knead the dough. Let rise 1 1/2 hours and punch down. Let rise 10 minutes. (** If you want to make creples or scones, now is the time.**)

Make buns and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350º for approximately 20 minutes until tops are golden brown.

Brush with butter when done.

"creples" now called elephant ears at fairs. Deep fried bread dough. Great served with icing sugar and syrup, jam, peanut butter, whatever you like. mmmm
