8 small carrots
3T vinegar
3T Crisco oil
1 sm. clove garlic minced
3/4t season salt
1/4t salt
dried parsley flakes
Directions:
Directions:
peel carrots and cut into thin 3 in sticks and place in shallow dish. combine remaining ingredients except parsley. Pour over carrots and stir carrots until coated. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or longer.
