Hamburger Vegetable Soup Recipe

2 lbs. hamburger meat cooked and rinsed
1 large can of tomato juice (I prefer Campbells©)
2 to 3 large potatoes
1 can shoepeg or whole kernal corn
1 can green beans
1 can english peas
1 onion chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger meat and onions until meat is brown and rinse. Dice potatoes. Mix all ingredients together in large pot leaving in most of the can vegetable liquid. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook at a good rolling boil until potatoes are tender. I prefer to let mine cook 2 or more hours until it thickens up some. Serve with corn bread or crackers.

You can substitute canned vegetables with 2 large cans of Veg-All© if you like or any combination of canned vegetables.
