3 lb ground beef
1 stalk celery
3 cans Veg-All mixed veggies
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can green limas
3 cups diced cooked potatoes
3 large onions (optional)
4 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can peas
1 can carrots
1 16 oz bottle ketchup

Directions:

Brown ground beef and add all the vegetables. Add 3 or 4 cups of water. Season with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

You can warm this on the stove and then transfer to a crockpot to finish cooking. This makes a WHOLE LOT of soup! I cook mine in my stock pot.
