1 (14 oz.) can red salmon
~1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
~1 c. plain bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon in strainer over measuring cup. Clean, de-bone and flake salmon into mixing bowl. Add milk to salmon juice to make 3/4 c. and add to bowl. Add lemon juice, egg, onion salt and garlic salt; stir mixture thoroughly with a fork. Slowly add bread crumbs, initially stirring with fork, then kneading with hands, adding bread crumbs until a loaf can be formed. Place in foil lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
