1 (7 oz.) pkg stuffing mix plus seasoning packet
1 egg
1/2 cup. salsa
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine stuffing mix, seasoning, egg, salsa and 1/3 cup water and mix well.
Add ground beef to stuffing mixture.
Spoon into 9X5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

TIP: Place meatloaf ingredients in large, ziplock plastic bag, seal and squish contents together until they mix well if you don't want to get your hands messy.
