Preheat oven to 350
5 qt casserole dish
15 eggs
½ c. milk
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
3 cups of grated sharp cheddar
1 lb. Conecuh sausage
1 lb. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt a stick of butter and use it to butter casserole dish, hold on to what butter is left for latter part of recipe. Put a small amount of oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Cook sausage in skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain. Cook bacon in the same skillet and drain.
Slice sausage into small pieces, return to skillet and cook until lightly browned. Take out and drain. Take half of the eggs and separate.
Beat whites until fluffy. Then add yolks, remaining eggs, salt, pepper, milk, and left over melted butter. Mix with whisk until all ingredients are blended.
Place half the sausage in the bottom of the casserole and put 2 cups of grated cheese over the sausage and then add the rest of the sausage. Pour in egg mixture. Place in preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes until set. Remove from oven, crumble bacon and 1 cup of grated cheese on top, cover with foil until cheese melts (about 5 minutes).
