6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
½ stick butter or margarine
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 pkg. Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix soup. Melt the ½ stick of butter and add to the soup mixture.
Stir in cooked, diced chicken. Mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
Crush the package of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until thoroughly heated.
