6 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp.. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
1 gal. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add vanilla, lemon and evaporated milk. Add 1 quart whole milk, beat together. Pour into 6 quart freezer and pour milk to fill line on can. Follow manufacturing instructions to process ice cream.
