1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 bananas (mashed)
Optional: 1 c. pecans (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Adds eggs; beat well. Add vanilla. Sift flour and soda together. Add bananas. Combine with cream mixture; fold in pecans. Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour.
