4 to 5 lb roast (chuck roast good choice)
1 can beef broth
2 small or 1 large whole onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic seasoning
1/2 tsp. season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper roast. Place garlic seasoning and season salt on roast before you put in pot. Quarter onion and place all around roast. Pour in beef broth. Cook for at least 6 hours on low.
