Ingredients:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Coke
Parmesan Cheese
Real Bacon Bits (packaged)

Directions:
Directions:
I cook two large skinless, boneless chicken breast. Each breast makes about 4 - 5 strips. I cut them about 1/2 inch thick while still icy.

I usually spray my fry pan with Olive Oil cooking spray.
Then lightly brown tenders on both sides on medium high heat.

After they are light brown, pour in Coke to the bottom edge of tenders, just enough to simmer, not covering tenders.

If you get too much, just pour it out. It doesn't take long for the tenders to cook. Each pan and amount of chicken is different, so you have to guess the amount. Cover and let simmer around 5 minutes on medium heat.

Then uncover and cook on medium high again, turning tenders, until all the liquid is gone.
There will be a caramel like glaze. This quickly burns, so take off heat immediately. I keep turning the tenders, coating each side with glaze.

Garnish with Parmesan Cheese and Real Bacon Bits. I use the packaged bacon bits.
