1# ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
15 oz tomatoe sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 tsp pepper
4 med zuccini
8oz cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tblsp flour
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onion. Drain and add sauce and spices. Saute for 5 minutes. Slice zucchini lenghwise into 1/4 inch slices. Combine cottage cheese and egg. In 9x13 pan, arrange half of zucchini, sprinkle with 1 tblsp flour. Top with 1/2 cottage cheese and half of meat. Repeat with ingredients and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 375 for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
