1/3 cup oil
2 tblsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
dash pepper
1 diced green pepper
3 green onions sliced
10oz frozen peas
1 cup sliced celery

Mix and refrigerate 8hrs. Line platter with lettuce and spoon pea mixture and garnish with tomatoes.
